BY BOOKING A COURSE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED IN BUSHCRAFT ACTIVITIES.
A. Acknowledgment of Risk
You acknowledge that wilderness bushcraft training takes place outdoors in natural environments and involves risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. These risks include, but are not limited to:
● Cuts, punctures, or amputations from sharp tools (axes, knives, saws). ● Burns from open campfires, boiling liquids, or hot embers.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or related to participation in a Field and Fire Bushcraft event, unless negligence is proven.
C. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field and Fire Bushcraft, its instructors, and its land partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries. The total financial liability to any client shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific course booked.
D. Medical Fitness
Participants must be physically fit to participate in outdoor wilderness activities and disclose any medical conditions (such as severe allergies, asthma, or cardiac issues) that could put themselves or others at risk. It is the responsibility of the participant to bring any necessary personal medication (e.g., EpiPens, inhalers).
